Youth Support Coordinator

The Youth Support Coordinator (YSC) Initiative is a community-based program funded by the Qld Department of Communities. YSCs work with learning communities to support young people who are at risk of early school leaving. YSCs use a mix of approaches including individual case work, group work and community work.
The Youth Support Coordinator, works with young people and their families to resolve issues contributing to not transitioning into and through their Senior Phase of Learning.Youth Support Coordinators work with young people who are having problems at home, school or with other young people. • Group work

The YSC is at school every Monday and Wednesday for appointments.
