The Parent Sport Support Group ( PSSG) at Ferny Grove State High School is comprised of parents and friends of students in our sporting programs. The group is responsible for fundraising, writing submissions and providing assistance with sporting events and activities.
Fundraising activities provide the financial resources to purchase high quality sporting equipment, uniforms and jerseys, to help enhance the performance of our sporting teams at competitions. In 2015, funds raised provided for the purchase of further numbered uniforms.
Parents are frequent supporters at our sporting events and are encouraged to not only attend these events, but also to get involved in aiding our coaches and teachers to enhance events for our students.
This committee is a small group of parents who are always looking for new parents with new ideas and who can bring added energy to their fundraising efforts.
The PSSG meets on Thursday nights commencing at 6.00pm in the HPE staffroom in the Hall.
