The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a group of like-minded senior and junior students that aim their efforts not just to help our school community but also the students of Ferny Grove Voice to be heard by staff. By being the bridge between them in helping better our school and the community of Ferny Grove. As your SRC we are always striving to find ways to connect with our communities outside of school to host awesome events, school fundraisers, charity fundraisers, school fundraisers, and projects around the school to improve the experience for you.
At Ferny Grove State High School our specialty annual events include Valentine's Day, The World's Greatest Shave, Science Week, NAIDOC Week, and Mental Health Week. The SRC feels it is most important to team up with groups and charities just like the Leukemia Foundation to help more than just our school but those who are in need too. We hope this year we can partner with even more groups and make a difference for others.
The SRC team feels the year levels are separated and hopes to connect students from all year levels. The team also hopes to bring back old traditions to the school from past executive members who were involved in the SRC. As well as make changes to the community to make your time at Ferny one to remember.
If there is anything we can do to help or if you have an idea on how to make Ferny an even better place don't hesitate to email one of us or give us a yell when you see us around school. Enjoy your experience at FGSHS everyone and we will strive to make 2024 the best year possible!

As the junior leaders of the SRC, throughout the year we will be working with our senior leaders to make sure that every student can have their voice heard. We will organize events and fundraisers to help raise money for important causes and bring some fun and excitement to your school day. Our goal for 2024 is to help build school spirit and make Ferny the best it can be.
